Leadership

Our leadership team at the church consists of both elders and deacons. The elders carry the responsibility for the spiritual direction of the church and the pastoral covering, while the deacons take a lead role in directing the practical side of church life. We are grateful to God for such a fantastic and experienced church leadership!

Gavin Chittick

Elder

As well as being an elder, Gavin is also the pastor of BCF.
Married to Louise, and with 4 kids, he has a busy family life also!
Gavin has a passion to see people released into the fullness of who they are in Christ.

Jason Murphy

Elder

Jason is our worship leader, and longest standing elder in the church. He is married to Melanie and has 3 young kids. He loves to see people freely praising God, and does a great job directing the worship band and releasing people to serve God on this team.

David & Allyson Tyrrell

Deacons

David & Allyson Tyrrell. “Team Tyrrell” do an amazing job heading up the welcome ministry within the church.
Always available with a hug or a handshake, they are continually serving and praying for people.

Margaret Dickson

Kids Church

Margaret heads up our Primary school-age Kids Church.

As a church, we want to see young people encounter Jesus, and be equipped and released into what God calls them to.
