Started off as spectators
Finished off praising God
Group 2 - Religious Leaders
Didn't recognise they were in the presence of God
Full of scepticism and piety
Had become cynical
Group 3 - Four Friends
Saw a need and unitedly tried to do something about it
Saw "hurdles" not "barriers"
Group 4 - Paralysed Man
Was willing to be helped
Was willing to be led
Didn't let embarrassment stop him
Group 5 - Jesus
Responded to the faith of the 4 men
Met the spiritual need first and foremost
Met the physical need too
Was spiritually switched on
